For Mid-Level Managers · Live & Instructor-Led

Stop briefing Claude like a stranger.
Build your AI Command Center.

You manage people, projects, and a calendar that manages you back. In 20 hours over 5 days, you'll build a personal command center in Claude Chat and Claude Code — a system that already knows your team, your priorities, and your voice — and run your real week through it before the course ends.

The Manager's Trap

You were promoted to lead. You spend your days transcribing.

Meeting notes. Status roll-ups. 1:1 prep. Feedback drafts. The email explaining the thing you already explained in the meeting about the email. None of it is why you got the job — and all of it is work Claude can carry, if it knows your context.

Every chat starts from zero. Claude doesn't know your team's names, your Q3 goals, or that "the migration" means something specific. So you re-type it. Every. Single. Time.

Drafts sound like HR wrote them. Generic AI output takes longer to fix than writing from scratch — so you quietly stopped using it.

Your calendar runs you. Back-to-back meetings, no prep, follow-ups leaking through the cracks by Thursday.

You know AI matters, but nothing sticks. You've saved the articles. Watched the videos. Nothing survived contact with a real Monday.

The Fix

A folder on your computer. Plain text files. Plus a brain that reads them.

Your AI Command Center is a structured, private workspace — plain files you own, opened in Claude Chat and Claude Code — that gives Claude permanent knowledge of your world. It's six moving parts working together. Once they exist, every conversation starts at 80% instead of zero.

🗂️ The Filing System

Not a metaphor — real folders you own, organized by the SORT method: Signals (what's live now), Orbits (ongoing areas you own), Reference (playbooks & mental models), Trail (finished work, kept for recall). It maps to how a manager actually works.

⚡ The Skills

Reusable workflows you trigger on command in Claude Code: standup summaries, meeting prep, voice-matched drafts, and turning a raw transcript into decisions and action items.

📏 The Rules

Your voice constraints, your decision rules, and every correction you've made — captured once and applied in every session, so you stop repeating yourself to a machine.

🔌 The Connections

Hook Claude to your calendar, email, and Slack so it reads them on a schedule and surfaces what actually needs you — instead of you digging for it every morning.

🔁 The Compounding Loop

Plan, work, review, learn. Every correction becomes a rule; every strong output becomes a template. The system gets sharper the more you use it — the opposite of a course you forget.

🤝 The Handoff Layer

Active context, open threads, and preferences carried from one conversation to the next — so you never start a chat cold or re-explain where things stand.

The 5-Day Agenda

20 hours. Five days. A working system on your real job.

Each session is 4 hours: short teaching bursts, then live building on your actual work in Claude Chat and Claude Code while the instructor coaches. Bring a real week; leave with a system running on it. Private cohorts run the same 20 hours on a schedule that fits your team.

Day 1
4 hours

Foundations & Your Filing System

  • How Claude works for managers: Claude Chat vs. Claude Code, context, memory, and why one-off prompting fails
  • The Command Center architecture: the six parts and how they fit together
  • Live build: stand up your SORT folders — Signals, Orbits, Reference, Trail
  • Live build: load your role, team roster, active work, and quarter priorities
  • Safety rails: your company's AI policy, what never goes in, and how data handling differs by plan
You leave with: a real filing system Claude can read — your next conversation starts already knowing your job.
Day 2
4 hours

Your Voice & The Rules Layer

  • Extract your voice profile from real emails and docs you've written
  • The Rules layer: voice constraints, decision rules, and standing preferences Claude applies every time
  • Live build: draft three real messages in your voice; calibrate until they're send-ready
  • Live build: encode your first decision rules and past corrections so they never repeat
  • Where the line is: what Claude drafts vs. what only you decide
You leave with: drafts that sound like you on a good day — and a Rules file that keeps them that way.
Day 3
4 hours

The Skills — Meetings & Communication on Autopilot

  • Reusable skills you trigger on command in Claude Code — no re-prompting
  • The meeting triad: 5-minute prep briefs, live-notes capture, recaps with owners and deadlines
  • Live build: run tomorrow's real meeting through prep → recap → follow-up
  • Live build: an inbox-triage skill and the "explain it three ways" skill (team, boss, stakeholder)
  • Turn a messy transcript into a decision, a reply, and a task list in one pass
You leave with: your meeting and comms skills live — most grads save 3+ hours in the first week from this day alone.
Day 4
4 hours

Leading People & The Connections Layer

  • 1:1 prep from a living person-file: growth threads, open commitments, talking points in 5 minutes
  • Live build: person-files for your reports + next week's 1:1 agendas, feedback, and status roll-ups
  • The Connections layer: wire Claude to your calendar, email, and Slack to read on a schedule
  • Live build: a morning brief that surfaces what needs you before you open your inbox
  • Delegation briefs: hand off work with context, constraints, and a definition of done
You leave with: people-leadership workflows and a connected system that surfaces the day's priorities for you.
Day 5
4 hours

The Compounding Loop, Handoffs & Your 30-Day Plan

  • Live build: package your two highest-value workflows into reusable Claude Code skills
  • The Compounding Loop: plan → work → review → learn, so corrections become rules and outputs become templates
  • The Handoff Layer: carry active context and preferences from one conversation to the next
  • The weekly review ritual: 15 minutes that keeps your command center current forever
  • Measuring ROI: the reclaimed-hours scorecard and your 30-day operating plan
You leave with: a complete system, custom skills, a 30-day plan — and two weeks of async support while it beds in.
★★★★★
"Day 2 alone was worth the price. I ran Wednesday's leadership meeting through the prep-and-recap flow and my director asked who helped me with the follow-up doc. Me. It was me and my command center."

Jordan T.
Senior Product Manager, Logistics
★★★★★
"I manage 11 people and was drowning in 1:1 prep. The person-files system means I walk into every 1:1 knowing exactly where we left off. My team noticed within two weeks."

Customer Success Manager, MarTech
★★★★★
"The voice profile is black magic. Drafts come out sounding like me — slightly better me, honestly. I stopped rewriting AI output and started shipping it."

FAQ

Manager questions, straight answers

How much time does this take beyond the 20 hours?

About 30 minutes of pre-work (a week-audit worksheet we send you) and 15 minutes a week to maintain your command center afterward. That's the whole tax. The system is designed to be cheaper to keep than to abandon.

I barely have time for my actual job. Why would I add a course?

That's exactly the argument for it. You build the system on your real work during class — the meeting you prep on Day 2 is a real meeting; the 1:1s you prep on Day 3 are next week's. Most grads are net-positive on hours before the course ends.

Isn't this just "learn to prompt better"?

No. Prompting is asking a stranger for a favor, nicely. A command center makes Claude not a stranger. The difference shows up on the tenth use, when your context is already loaded and a status report takes 4 minutes instead of 40.

Will my direct reports know I'm using AI?

They'll know you show up prepared. We're opinionated here: feedback and sensitive conversations get prepared with Claude, never delivered by it. Day 4 covers exactly where the line is — and the voice profile means nothing you send reads like a robot wrote it.

What tools do I need?

Claude Chat and Claude Code (Anthropic's official desktop app), plus a laptop — that's the whole stack, and it's exactly what you keep using after class. A Claude subscription (from ~$20/month) covers everything we build. No other plugins, no IT ticket. We'll help you get set up before Day 1.

Can we run this privately for our team?

Yes — and it's the same $1,497 per person, same 20 hours. A private cohort runs on a flexible schedule that fits your team's calendar, built on your company's real work with your AI policy baked in. Email us to scope one.

What's the guarantee, exactly?

Attend all five sessions; if you don't leave with a working command center running on your real work, we refund the full $1,497. No forms, no fine print.

Your next quarter is coming either way. Run it from a command center.
